Summary

My name is Mackenzie Klaus, and I am a junior Psychology major at KU. After a whirlwind of career confusion in my first two years of college I slowed down to consider what path I should choose. Last semester, my Psychology and Sociology courses helped me to realize I had a desire for knowledge and truth as I had never experienced before. Thankfully, that realization began to reveal a clear direction for my future. Becoming a Research Assistant in the Gillath Lab is a promising step toward a career in the field of Psychology, and I'm so excited to grow and learn all that I can through this experience! Outside of school-related activities, I am a Sigma Kappa, and when I'm not playing solitaire or doing crossword puzzles, I love drawing and painting, naps, and Netflix.
